I'm a casual gamer with some interest in making games. I enjoy getting immersed into the game world and "living" the story, so to say, and thus roleplaying games and especially JRPGs (such as SNES era Final Fantasies and Star Ocean: The Second Story) have a spot in my heart. I do like puzzle games and visual novels as well, though.
Currently, my game-making aspirations are focused on RPG Maker games. I have a basic understanding of some aspects of JavaScript, but I prefer to leave programming to those who are better-versed in it and instead focus on what I feel I can do adequately well: story-telling, visuals and possibly also music.
I work as a freelance translator in real life, and I think that it would be nice to make use of my skills in game-making, too, though it might be unlikely (at least in the indie scene).
